"This is not a mosque for prayers but a base for recruiting Muslim youths to engage in terrorist activities." — Police official, Mombasa, Kenya
A new law appeared in the Indonesian province of Aceh saying that Islamic laws (Sharia) be extended to non-Muslims, the majority of whom are Christian.
"Over the last few years, religious minorities have been targeted, their villages burned, accused in false cases of blasphemy, victims of intimidation, forced marriages, and forced conversions. When a Christian is accused of blasphemy, the people of a neighborhood gather to punish the culprit, burning him alive or lynching him. The police and the government have never punished such acts." — The Anglican Bishop of Karachi, Pakistan
The most historic and emblematic sign of Muslim persecution of Christians returned in February 2014: Christians in Raqqa, Syria, under the occupation of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria [ISIS], which has since consolidated more territory, were given the three classic choices of Islam: 1) convert to Islam or 2) pay jizya (tribute or extortion money, as in the Koran 9:29) and uphold all the conditions stipulated in the medieval Conditions of Omar—which include heavy restrictions on Christian worship—or 3) the sword.
According to the BBC, ISIS issued a directive:
citing the Islamic concept of "dhimma", [which] requires Christians in the city to pay tax of around half an ounce (14g) of pure gold in exchange for their safety. It says Christians must not make renovations to churches, display crosses or other religious symbols outside churches, ring church bells or pray in public. Christians must not carry arms, and must follow other rules imposed by ISIS (also known as ISIL) on their daily lives. The statement said the group (ISIS) had met Christian representatives and offered them three choices—they could convert to Islam, accept ISIS' conditions, or reject their control and risk being killed. "If they reject, they are subject to being legitimate targets, and nothing will remain between them and ISIS other than the sword," the statement said.
A Pew study confirmed that Christians are "the most persecuted religious group in the world" and that their persecution is occurring primarily throughout the Islamic world. In the category of "Countries with Very High Government Restrictions on Religion," Pew lists 24 countries—20 of which are Islamic and precisely where the overwhelming majority of "the world's" Christians are actually being persecuted.
February's roundup of Muslim persecution of Christians around the world includes (but is not limited to) the following accounts, listed by theme and country in alphabetical order, not necessarily according to severity.

The 100-year old Washington National Cathedral — celebrated as our “National House of Prayer” by Congress — is opening its doors, pews and pulpit to “radical Muslims” who will essentially turn the cherished Episcopal Church into a mosque.
On Friday, for the first time ever, this prominent and powerful symbol of America’s Judeo-Christian heritage will host a Muslim prayer service.
According to nbcwashington.com:
Planners say they hope Friday’s service at the historic cathedral will foster more understanding and acceptance between Christians and Muslims around the world.
The Justice Department has identified both sponsoring Muslim groups as belonging to the Hamas wing of the radical Brotherhood. It’s also implicated them in a Hamas conspiracy to raise millions for Palestinian suicide bombers.
These co-sponsors of the National Cathedral jumuah (“for invited guests only”) remain unindicted co-conspirators in a major terror case.

Everything has become reversed. There was a time when the world wanted to fight Christianity, then Christianity fought back. Now the world is in fraudulent possession of Christianity. Its tactics are, with all its power and at any price, to prevent a showdown. It is as when a swindler has misgivings. if the matter goes to court, he has lost and therefore all his tactics are directed toward keeping it from going to court. In the realm of the spirit this happens far more easily than in the actuality of civil life, for the technique consists in the world continually counterfeiting Christ's position so that it is kind of saying the same thing, but good God, then the world and Christ are agreed! The Islamic Center of Tucson, Arizona has been under siege this past year by University of Arizona students who live in high-rise dormitories surrounding the facility. The students are irritated at the center’s existence and rightfully so, since it’s considered by many to be “the first cell of al Qaeda in the United States.”
While there are many ways to go about expressing disagreement with the Muslim religion, this center puts on an extremely good front of being innocent and of peaceful origin. The Clarion Project has reported that at least a dozen terror-linked individuals have been tied to the Islamic Center of Tucson (ITC). Further, this particular mosque was mentioned 59 times in the 9/11 commission report.
A peace loving religion? Let those Muslims who seek a peaceful co-existence come forward NOW!

A young Arab asks his father, "What is that weird hat you are wearing?"
The father said, "Why, it's a 'chechia' because in the desert it protects our heads from the sun."
"And what is this type of clothing that you are wearing?" "It's a 'djbellah' because in the desert it is very hot and it protects the body."
The son then asked, "And what about those ugly shoes on your feet? His father replied, "These are 'babouches", which keep us from burning our feet in the desert."
"So tell me then," added the boy.
"Yes, my son?"
"Why are you living in Dearborn, Michigan, and still wearing all this crap?

Christmas will no longer be on next year’s school calendar for a Maryland school district – after requests from local Muslim leaders to also acknowledge their holidays.
School district deletes religious holidays from calendar rather than add Muslim ones.
Montgomery County Public Schools’ Board of Education voted 7 to 1 on Tuesday to strike all references to religious celebrations for 2015-2016.
“We were blindsided. We are disappointed,” Zainab Chaudry, spokeswoman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), told Yahoo News Wednesday.
It appears the school would rather get rid of religious observances altogether than bring Muslim holidays into the fold.
A good move?
